Small but perfectly formed. The early morning queue outside the door was, I hoped, a good sign, and it certainly was. Only 1 customer at a time in the shop due to Covid, safety screens in place too. Pain au Raisin were enormous, soft, gooey and crispy, in other words, perfect. Pain au Chocolat also large, crispy shell as expected and the insides were remarkably good. My new favourite boulangerie, patisserie.

Une petite boulangerie pâtisserie qui vaut vraiment le détour. J’ai eu l’occasion de testé un bon nombre de leurs pâtisseries et dans l’ensemble, c’est du haut niveau.
Les entremets yuzu / vanille du Mexique étaient très très bons. Les saveurs étaient équilibrées et les textures bien étudiées.
Les tartelettes mûres / myrtilles étaient succulentes. Une pâte sucrée de compétition parfaitement cuite et chablonnée au chocolat, surmontée de crème d’amandes, de crème pâtissière et d’une grosse portion de baies. Un vrai régal.
Les éclairs au chocolat sont délicieux: une pâte à choux là aussi de compétition, avec un glaçage laser et une ganache parfumée , rien à redire… à part bravo !
Il y a d’autres choses que j’ai goûtées qui étaient sympa, mais dont je n’ai pas un souvenir assez précis.
La seule petite déception concerne les petits flans au chocolat. Ils sont mignons et bien travaillés, mais assez fades au final.
Pour conclure, c’est un établissement que je recommande vivement… et dans lequel je reviendrai la prochaine fois que je serai dans la région.

A small bakery and pastry shop that's definitely worth the detour. I've had the opportunity to try a good number of their pastries, and overall, they're top-notch. The yuzu/Mexican vanilla desserts were very, very good. The flavors were balanced and the textures well-thought-out. The blackberry/blueberry tartlets were succulent. A perfectly baked, chocolate-covered sweet pastry, topped with almond cream, pastry cream, and a generous portion of berries. A real treat. The chocolate éclairs are delicious: a choux pastry, also top-notch, with laser-cut icing and a fragrant ganache. Nothing to complain about... except bravo! There are other things I've tasted that were nice, but I don't have a very specific memory. The only slight disappointment was the little chocolate flans. They're cute and well-made, but ultimately quite bland. In conclusion, this is an establishment I highly recommend... and one I'll definitely return to the next time I'm in the area. Congratulations, keep up the good work!

Très certainement les meilleurs éclairs que j’ai eu l’occasion de déguster de ma vie. Celui au chocolat est mon préféré: il à VRAIMENT goût à chocolat. Savoureux et généreux. Une mention spéciale pour la carte de fidélité ‘ pas de sac en papier ‘ 🙏

Hace unas semanas compré uno de los mejores panes que he comido nunca. La chica que me atendió fué super amable y me explicó en inglés (yo no hablo Francés) las características de cada tipo. Se nota que dominan lo que hacen.

Je viens de temps en temps sur banyuls et il faut mettre à l’honneur cette boulangerie où tout est très bon. Coralie est d’une grande gentillesse comme on le voit rarement. Son mari et son papa sont également tres sympathique. A très bientôt et les catalans sont fiers de vous ! 😀😀😀

1 heure de route pour déguster la baguette dont on m avait parlé, rien à dire après cette première dégustation, je la classe sur le podium des p.o ,le pain de mie est pas mal du tout, Les chocolats très bon aussi,je reviendrai pour confirmer tout cela,quelle chance ils ont à Banyuls de commencer la journée avec un si bon pain!!!
